• To reply to your inquiry and schedule calls.
• To deliver the services you buy, and to invoice you.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use client data to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, payment processor and the AI and automation services used to deliver client work. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for up to two years, and client records for as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@alyphai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
