Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of alyphai.com and to services you buy from Alyph AI ("we", "us"). Each client project also has a written plan or quote, and where that document differs from these terms, the written plan or quote controls.

Services

We design, build and maintain websites, apps, AI features and automations as described in your plan or quote. Anything not listed there is outside the scope of the work unless we agree to it in writing.

Payments

• Website and custom build prices are paid half when you approve the quote and half at launch, unless your quote says otherwise.
• Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months.
• You can cancel a monthly plan with 30 days' notice. Fees already paid are not refunded, except as required by law or agreed in writing.

Your accounts and data

You keep ownership of your data and of the accounts we set up for you. You give us the access we need to do the work, and you can remove it at any time. When a plan ends, we provide documentation of what we built.

AI output

AI systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent or published, which is why we build approval steps into customer-facing automations. Any template documents we provide are not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review them for your situation.

Third-party services

Our work often connects to services we do not control, such as email, social media and AI providers. Their outages, price changes or rule changes may affect your automations. We will tell you if that happens and help you adjust.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Alyph AI is organized.
